The Borah AI story
Borah AI was born from morning runs in the Boise Foothills, where we cleared their heads and discussed the sweeping wave of artificial intelligence. (Few places in the world allow for such an amazing boardroom.)
Navigating the influx of AI into our own worlds of technology, we experienced firsthand how AI could be used for wins and how easily it could derail into losses.
Conversations with clients, co-workers, peers, and friends revealed exaggerated hype and very little practicality when AI was actually applied to critical workflows. It couldn't be trusted, the options available were dizzying, and disaster stalked every turn.
We realized that it didn't have to be this way. AI does have the power to transform our work, any work. But you simply can't sign up for a service and watch the magic happen. In order for AI to be effective, it must be implemented carefully, thoroughly, and with human oversight. But that's easier said than done.
